CityXcape celebrates its birthday discovering Palermo with the CityWalk Historic Palermo!
It is no coincidence that our start-up was born on the 8th of March – we wanted to celebrate a new and important Women’s Leadership.
The CityWalk was accompanied by our tour guides Roberta and Fabio – we received quite a lot of participation. We must be very careful with the covid19 restriction and so we have been divided into two small groups to follow the explanation of the tour guides in more detailed way.
We walked among the most important monuments of the city: Palazzo dei Normanni and the Cathedral, passing through the Quattro Canti, Piazza Pretoria and ending in Piazza Bellini.
Joining the CityWalk was an exciting experience! We all had the opportunity to get to know our city better and feeling like tourists for a day.
Palermo, in fact, is not only a city rich in monuments, but is also rich in history, legends and anecdotes. The different cultures that have passed through Sicily have made the city beautiful and evocative, a real one of a kind.
Our Birthday wants to be a sign of hope for the whole tourism sector.
This was possible thanks to those who have insatiable curiosity for discovery. Despite the difficult moment we are going through, we are not giving up.
We certainly recommend to join the next CityWalks, which are already work in progress.
In the meantime, keep yourself updated on the upcoming events and keep following us.
Stay Tuned! 😉
