Casa Ugdulena will allow you to deeply feel Palermo’s vibe and historic reminiscence, thanks to its beauty, elegance and traditional design, characterized by beautiful antique furnishing items. Here some Italian patriots such as Nino Bixio and Gregorio Ugdulena who helped to unite the nation, lived during the XXIX century.

Getting inside the house you will pass through the common hall and the garden with pool, shared with another non-hotel accommodation. From here, you will proceed to the first floor which directly faces the garden with pool. The wide and bright living room is the heart of Casa Ugdulena where we hope our guest will enjoy their time at its best. The first double bedroom is decorated with amazing frescoes and precious flooring. On the same floor, there is a toilet and a kitchen where a spiral staircase brings to the upper level. Here, you will find two bright bedrooms, a double and a single one, both facing a terrace, a perfect location for sunbathing or simply relax. To sum up, three bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room are available, in addition to a 50s-style bathroom with shower/tub on the second floor and a toilet. Free Wi-Fi is one of the comforts you will find inside the house, for a perfect stay.

**The pool cannot be heated but it can be used all year round.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the historical Kalsa neighborhood, just few stones away from the Foro Italico seafront meadows, the "Cala" marina with its cafes and ice-cream parlours, and close to many historical monuments and cultural sites as Palazzo Steri, the Abatellis Museum, the Spasimo, the Botanical Gardens and many others. Just outside the front door of the building you can mingle in the heart of the oldest Palermo district: alleys and squares, noble monuments and churches, clashing in harmony and contradiction with local market stalls, with their colors, aromas and flavors, including some of the city's best street food, and finally the city cultural soul of museums and theaters. Finally, at walking distance from our apartment you can find several restaurants, and find yourself at ease both if you are looking for gourmet dining and for a typical local "trattoria".
