Accommodation Seafront Apartment close to Addaura - Mondello

The villa that houses our apartment is located in the heart of the pine forest overlooking the Addaura sea. The apartment is located on the second floor of the villa, and through a few steps you have access to the living room, furnished with sofas, table and chairs and equipped with a kitchenette. The living room is very bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the sea. A suggestive terrace facing the sea and furnished with sofas encloses the whole floor. On the same floor there is also a single bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where the other two bedrooms have been arranged, one with a double bed and one with a French bed, sharing a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have an exit to the upper terrace, furnished with tables and chairs to enjoy the sea view. A part of this upper terrace overlooks the pine forest, thus giving a sense of freshness and shaded areas in the hottest seasons. Both terraces embrace the house and can be used both to enjoy the sea view while tanning, as well as to enjoy the cool shade of the pine forest in the back of the terrace.
