Our villa with swimming pool is located inside a complex next to Città del Mare, in a quiet and peaceful area. The guests will have private access to a cove which is reachable via a descent in the middle of the unspoiled nature of the coast. The villa is spread over two floors and is surrounded by a lush and well-kept garden with fruit trees, seating areas with outdoor tables and sofas, an outdoor kitchen, a barbecue and an annex with a double bed and bathroom. The swimming pool is nestled in the garden and is separated by flowerbeds creating well-defined external spaces. On the ground floor there is the living room with sofas, TV and fireplace, the dining room and the large kitchen with outdoor space where to enjoy meals and drinks. Also on the ground floor you will find a double bedroom and a single bedroom, which share a bathroom with shower. Large stairs lead to the first floor, where you will find three double bedrooms, one of which can comfortably accommodate 6 people being furnished with two double beds and a double sofa bed. In the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub you will also find a single sofa bed. All rooms open onto the terrace that surrounds the villa.
